A valid card is required at the time of booking and will be securely kept on file for all appointments.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call or text us at (978) 860-5511 at least 24 hours before your scheduled service so your stylist has the opportunity to fill the appointment time.

Yes, we have off-street parking located on the left side of the building. You can enter the parking lot by turning onto Laurel St.
We specialize exclusively in scissor work and longer-lasting blended styles. We do not offer barbered haircuts or haircuts above a french bob (chin length).
Yes! While we do not travel for weddings or provide off-site services at this time, we gladly welcome bridal parties at our salon. Please contact us in advance to discuss scheduling and availability.
If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please call or text the salon to let us know.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule if there is not enough time remaining to complete the service before the next scheduled appointment and be subject to a cancellation fee.
We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon or your stylist within 48 hours so we can schedule a correction if necessary.
